Cases can be raised on the community portal by owners and tenants.
1. Under “My Property”, click “cases” in the left hand navigation bar in the community portal.
2. Click “raise new” in the top right corner.
3. Fill in the details including category ( from the dropdown menu), location, summary, and description.
4. Click “raise case” highlighted in blue in the bottom right corner. The case will now be viewable in the cases section of the community portal.
4. An email notifying about the case will be sent to the parties involved. (see below)
