Management Files are shared documents between the Property Manager and the Board of Directors which concern the financial, maintenance, compliance, and operational management of the Management Company. Management Files are not accessible by owners or residents.
In order to access ‘Management Files’ navigate to ‘Companies’ in the left hand navigation bar.
- Select the Management Company and click on ‘Management Files’ in the ‘Edit management company’ window.
Create a folder
- Click ‘CREATE FOLDER’
- Enter a name for the folder
- Click ‘SAVE’
To add files
- Click ‘ADD NEW’
- Enter a name for the file
- Click on the ‘+’ button upload any file type from your computer.
- Click ‘SAVE’
To view files
- Hover the cursor over the file to reveal the eye icon and click on the eye.
To delete files
- Hover the cursor over the file to reveal the dustbin icon and click on the dustbin.
- Click ‘I’m Sure’ to confirm.
